Tate Eunyoung Kim is a principal industrial designer and design strategist. For most of her career, she has focused on incubating new opportunities and building product ecosystems based on design thinking and industrial design in the fast-paced mobile technology industry. Her very focused passion for the aesthetic details on product design, the extensive hands-on experience in creating new form factors for cutting-edge technology products, and the experience that comes from numerous design shipments to the global market have led her to the level of craftsmanship she has on her every detail of design. At Samsung Electronics, She had led the advanced design for IoT products which are closely connected with Samsung Galaxy products. She had won many international design awards such as IF, IDEA and Good-Design, and over 30 design patents through her smartphone & IoT product designs. On the CXD Moto Premium Tier Team at Motorola Mobility in Chicago, She has built Design Language for 2019 and worked on the flagship models of Moto Z and Z+. By 2019, She has worked for XD team at Comcast NBCUniversal in Philadelphia as an Industrial Design Lead building 2019- 2020 Design Language for the next generation of Xfinity products and leading the Entertainment Products Design Team.
