Creative artists and professional manpower are nurtured through an understanding of three-dimensional modeling. Starting with learning the basic shaping principles, it focuses on acquiring various shaping techniques and establishing a concept as a artist based on active acceptance and understanding of new media.
Experience with various media and images provides opportunities to develop the ability to create the most advanced images in the flow of modern art and conditions for drawing out individual competencies on a theoretical basis. As the value of three-dimensional expression methods is increasing due to the endless expansion of the concept of art, the scope of three-dimensional formulation in contemporary art is gradually expanding. The educational goal of the research department is to cultivate competent artists who will lead contemporary art through the curriculum. The first grader studies basic modeling techniques and theories by understanding the structure and function of the human body and learning the skills to approach it in a three-dimensional way. The second grader improves the creativity of students by exploring various techniques through media experiments and modeling. The third grader expands the field of practice through new media research. The fourth grader shares his creative experiences through seminars, is provided with exhibition opportunities, and expands his modeling ability individually through studio practice.
